Learn from 3 time Manitoba Champion Rob "Bigg Smoak" Turner and Brad Biehn from Red River Rumble BBQ and Grill.
- Topics will include;
- Brisket selection
- Trimming a brisket for the backyard and for competition barbecue
- Injecting for flavour and tenderness
- Flavour profiles of rubs
- We will also do a number of other beef recipes during the class
- All classwork will be done inside
