A Louisiana-inspired blend (think garlic, thyme, oregano, and cayenne), that brings a bayou flair to grilled poultry, game, gumbo, and étouffée.
Ingredients: Salt, Spices (Black Pepper, White Pepper, Cayenne Pepper and Thyme), Paprika, Dehydrated Garlic, Mustard Seed and Not more than 2% Tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.
