I purchased a Masterbuilt charcoal grill and smoker. Awesome machine and really knowledgeable staff who clearly enjoy BBQ. I had an issue with the fan intermittently not working. Service call found the issue in 5 minutes and fixed. Great customer service. Highly recommend using Luxe instead of a big box store

David was great. He took the time to show all the features of each grill we looked at. He didn’t try to hurry us up on buying something. The bbq we bought ended up not fitting in our vehicle. Free delivery to our house and it showed up less than 24 hours later. The store was clean and modern. I would refer anyone to go check out Luxe if you are looking for a new grill. Lots of options.

Absolutely great service during this covid19 pandemic. They have the best BBQ’ing solutions in Winnipeg. We ordered a OONI pizza oven and were able to pick it up the next day. They were careful and courteous while social distancing and getting us all set up with our gear. This is our second purchase with them, a Webber Summit a few years back and our new favourite toy the OONI pizza oven. Highly recommend them!
