We can now deliver anywhere within the greater Winnipeg Area up to 5KM outside the perimeter.
This is a basic delivery to your door, assembly is available for $84.99
If items are in stock delivery will take place within 48hrs of placing your order and will be dropped off with no contact delivery options available. Excluding weekends. Due to high order volume we may contact you to confirm your order before delivery.
We also now have non contact curbside pickup options available at both of our locations.

Order Pick up
All Pick Ups Require MINIMUM 24 HOURS notice and must be arranged with the store prior to pickup.
Customer is responsible for all tie downs and barbeque or furniture protection. Furniture or assembled Barbeques are not in any packaging upon pick up. Customer assumes responsibility for all damage to purchase after pick up. Customer is responsible for the security of their products. Our Staff will be more than happy to help you load your vehicle. We are able to provide materials to put between items to prevent rubbing.
Orders can be picked up at either of our stores 1290 Kenaston Blvd & 33 Stapleton St. or larger items can be picked up at our off site warehouse.

We ship from our warehouse in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and to be fair to each customer, we have created 4 different shipping zones.
All items are shipped un-assembled unless otherwise stated.
Shipping rates are calculated based on your address.
The FREE shipping threshold varies by the weight of each shipment and the location of each address.

For orders under $1499 - standard freight charge is $399

In some circumstances, additional charges may be applied by freight companies. Before shipping Luxe Barbeque Company will notify customers of any additional charges.
All freight quotes are pre-tax.
All orders will ship within 7-10 business days when possible. If items are not in stock we will be in contact with estimated delivery times.
For small packages, we ship via couriers such as Canada Post, Canpar, USP, Fedex or Purolator.
Larger items are shipped via a Freight Forwarder. We reserve the right to choose the freight company that carries your shipment. Once a shipment is in the hands of the freight company, we cannot change shipping addresses or cancel the shipment and we can only approximate delivery times as we only have access to the information the delivery company makes available to us. We will provide you with tracking and contact information for the freight carrier after your order has shipped.
All freight shipments, unless specifically noted, are curb-side deliveries. All larger shipments, shipped via freight carrier, will require a signature at the time of delivery. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, Luxe Barbeque Company will not be held responsible for damages or loss that may occur during delivery.
Remote or hard-to-reach areas may incur additional shipping fees. This applies to Free Shipping and regular shipping orders. If this is the case with your order, a Customer Service Representative will contact you promptly to notify you of any additional charges.
It is the customers' responsibility to inform us of any problems with the delivery immediately. Luxe Barbeque Company is not responsible for shipping costs on merchandise not delivered due to a shipping companies inability to deliver to a particular location. Certain circumstances may include but are not limited to: narrow or winding roads, dirt or gravel roads, and vacant establishments.
If an item is shipped and returned because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for shipping both ways. Orders for larger items that must ship freight require the shipping company to contact the customer prior to delivery. If the product is returned because the freight company could not reach the customer, this will be considered a return, and the order will be subject to our regular return policies.
Wrong Address, Non-Received Items
If the item is not received and/or is undeliverable, you will be responsible for actual shipping and restocking fees incurred. We will contact you immediately upon receiving the package in the event that you would like to correct shipping information and send to a different address.
It is our goal to have all deliveries arrive at your location without any damage and signed for without incident.
For your protection, we ask that you please inspect the packaging and the contents carefully.
Any damaged freight must be noted on the Bill of Lading by the customer at the time of delivery or pick-up in order to ensure a proper claim can be made. If damage is noticed, it must be noted before signing the Bill of Lading, take pictures of cartons and damage before and during unwrapping. If there is damage, only sign B.O.L after all damages have been noted. Failure to mark damage on the BOL may result in a delay in the claims process.
All claims and damages must be reported to Luxe Barbeque Company immediately upon receiving shipment. The sooner we get the information, the sooner we can get the problems taken care of for you so that you can start enjoying your amazing new purchase!
