Online Winnipeg + Surrounding Area Delivery
We are now offering FREE Winnipeg delivery for our online orders!! CHARCOAL/ PELLETS/ RUBS + SAUCES?.OR EVEN BBQ’s + SMOKERS!!
We can now deliver anywhere within the greater Winnipeg Area up to 5KM outside the perimeter.
This is a basic delivery to your door and includes assembly, if required.
If items are in stock delivery will take place within 48hrs of placing your order and will be dropped off with no contact delivery options available. Excluding weekends. But due to high order volume we will contact you to confirm your order before delivery.
We also now have non contact curbside pickup options available at both of our locations.
If you are from out of Manitoba, we would like to encourage you to visit and support you local BBQ and BBQ supply shop!

Order Pick up
All Pick Ups Require MINIMUM 24 HOURS notice and must be arranged with the store prior to pickup.
Customer is responsible for all tie downs and barbeque or furniture protection. Furniture or assembled Barbeques are not in any packaging upon pick up. Customer assumes responsibility for all damage to purchase after pick up. Customer is responsible for the security of their products. Our Staff will be more than happy to help you load your vehicle. We are able to provide materials to put between items to prevent rubbing.
Orders can be picked up at either of our stores 1290 Kenaston Blvd & 33 Stapleton St. or larger items can be picked up at our off site warehouse.
Luxe Company Warehouse is located at 312 Chambers St. situated off Logan, between Sherbrook and Arlington. (North of Logan one block west of Sherbrook)

In Store Winnipeg Delivery
We offer delivery service within the City of Winnipeg and surrounding area for a small charge.
Please make arrangements in store at time of purchase for delivery and we can get your new grill or furniture to your home. Delivery charges may apply. Please contact us for additional details.
At the moment we can only ship within Canada.
For international orders please contact the store directly.
Smaller items will ship with Canada Post. Rates are quoted during checkout. The rates are direct from Canada Post and reflect the shipping information entered during checkout. Where possible we will ship to the address given. Otherwise you will be contacted to make alternative arrangements.
Larger items will ship with a freight carrier and will be quoted after orders are confirmed. Orders will ship to the closest shipping depot or drop off point to the provided address. Home delivery may be available at an additional charge. All freight will be quoted and confirmed before orders are shipped.
Orders over $900 will ship at no charge to addresses in major cities in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia. Remote or rural area may require additional freight charges.
Depots and Drop off points are determined by Luxe Barbeque Company and its carriers. You will be contacted with pickup location once your order is ready to ship.
All orders must be picked up at the freight depot within 2 business days of notification that your shipment has arrived. Failing to do so will result in additional storage fees.
Home Delivery (curbside)
For an additional fee of $99 Luxe Barbeque Company will ship your order directly to your provided address. This will be “curbside” delivery only. Customer will be responsible for all garbage, unwrapping of product and assembly if required.
This service is not available in all areas.
Freight is to be determined by Luxe Barbeque Company and may be changed or discontinued without notice.
In some circumstances, beyond charges may apply by freight companies. Before shipping Luxe Barbeque Company will notify its customers for acceptance of any additional charges.
All freight quotes are pre-tax.
All orders will ship within 7-10 business days when possible. If items are not in stock we will be in contact with estimate delivery times.
Freight and transport time frames once the order the order has left Luxe Barbeque Company, cannot be guaranteed. We always do our best to shop with the most effective and efficient carrier for your convenience.
Any damaged freight must be noted on the Bill of Lading by the customer at the time of delivery or pick-up in order to ensure a proper claim can be made. If damage is noticed, please note before signing Bill of Lading and if possible, take pictures of cartons and damage before and during unwrapping. If there is damage, only sign B.O.L after all damages have been noted.
All claims and damages must be reported to Luxe Barbeque Company within 24 hours of receiving shipment. The sooner we get the information, the sooner we can get the problems taken care of for you so that you can start enjoying your amazing new purchase!
