Refund policy

Luxe Barbeque Company offers a 7 day full refund from the date of purchase.

As well as a 14 day in store credit policy.

Original proof of purchase is required for full refund and/or in store credit. *used grills not valid for refund or store credit. 

Parts and special orders not valid for refund or store credit and are final sale.  Items must be in original packaging, unused and in good order to be valid for refund or store credit.  Approved returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge. 

Shipping charges are non refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping charges to Luxe Barbeque Company. Manufacturer defects valid for warranty not refund and may need to be processed through the manufacture. 

Price Match Guarantee

Luxe Barbeque Company always wants to have the best price, because of that we are proud to offer a price match guarantee.
If you find the same item advertised at a lower price by an authorized retailer we will match the price at time of sale.

To qualify for the price match:

• You must provide Proof of current competitor advertisement.
• Competitor must be an authorized retailer.
• Promotion must not require additional purchase or membership.
• Product must be identical in brand, model, and SKU.
• Product must be in stock at both retailers.

Price-match price is based on the total cost of purchase, including delivery, assembly, shipping, and any additional fees. 

 

30-Day Price Match Guarantee

Luxe Barbeque Company is proud to offer a 30-day price match guarantee.
If one of our suppliers or manufacturers offers a sale or promotion or you find the same item advertised at a lower price by an authorized retailer within 30 days of your purchase, we’ll issue a store credit for the difference.

To qualify:

• Original Luxe Barbeque Company sales receipt.
• Proof of current sale or promotion, competitor advertisement or active manufacturer promotion.
• Competitor must be an authorized retailer.
• Product must be identical in brand, model, and SKU.
• Product must be in stock at both retailers.

Price-match price is based on the total cost of purchase, including delivery, assembly, shipping, and any additional fees. 

If discounts or promotions were previously applied, those values will be deducted from the eligible store credit.

 

Exclusions:

• Discontinued, non-current, floor model, as-is, or damaged items.
• Items previously discounted by Luxe Barbeque Company.
• Discontinued, non-current, floor model, as-is, or damaged items.
• Prices based on another retailer’s matched or clearance pricing.

Luxe Barbeque Company reserves the right to verify eligibility and cannot match prices based on our own previously reduced pricing.
