The 18-inch, two-stage, Power Burner for the Built-in 700 Series is a chef's dream. Ultimate temperature control with a high and low setting which makes cooking huge meals, like a seafood boil, or small items, like a fresh sauce, a total breeze. The control knobs with SafetyGlow make grilling after dark a breeze. Never accidentally leave a burner on, the lights change from cool blue to red when on. The no-fail, battery-free ignition lights immediately with a unique jet of flame. The two-piece stainless steel cooking grids hold large pots and the removable centre ring perfectly nests a wok pan. Include additional and convenient cooking area to your custom outdoor kitchen by including this drop-in power burner. The power supply kit N370-1091-SER is required for all Built-in 700 Series burners being used in an application without a Built-in 700 Series Built-in Grill in order to supply power for the control knobs.
