Eh Sweet Heat Rub not only stands on its own as an amazing seasoning, but it is also my second stage of my Competition Style Rib Rub. It covers every flavor profile and has such an amazing coloring to it. With the combination of pepper, cane sugar, paprika and quite a few other goodies in the mix, it is sure to change the way you do pork. This was also designed to work best with an apple juice/apple cider vinegar spritz (oops, did I say that out loud?).
